Overview

Every summer, whale sharks gather off Isla Mujeres to feed on plankton. You head out by boat with a small group and a certified guide, and when the sharks appear you enter the water in pairs with your guide.

On the way back there is a snorkeling stop in calm water and time at Playa Norte with fresh ceviche. It is a seasonal tour: exact start and end dates are confirmed each year.
