How to book on WhatsApp, availability, private tours, changes, transportation and prices.
How do I book?
Pick the tour, the date and how many adults and children are going. The site works out the estimated price and, when you tap “Book on WhatsApp”, a message opens with every detail ready to send. We reply with availability and the steps to confirm.
How do I know if my date is available?
Availability is confirmed on WhatsApp with each tour operator. Your message already includes the date you picked, so you just wait for our reply.
Can I book through WhatsApp?
Yes, it is the main way to book. You chat with a real person who confirms availability, the pickup point and how to pay.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes. We offer private tours with a van and guide just for your group, private boats and yachts, and custom experiences. Tell us your plan on WhatsApp.
Can I change my reservation?
Date changes depend on availability and each operator's policy. We explain it in writing before confirming your booking.
Are transportation and hotel pickup included?
Most tours include pickup at hotels in Cancún and the Riviera Maya. Each tour shows whether it is included under “What's included” or can be added.
Is the price on the site the final price?
It is an estimated price per person (or per group on private tours) in US dollars, with an approximate peso equivalent. Marine park or pier fees are paid separately when they apply and are always shown on the tour.
What ages count as a child?
Each tour shows its child age range next to the price. Adults-only tours are marked with a label.

Whale shark swim
Is it safe to swim with whale sharks?
Yes. Whale sharks feed on plankton and do not attack people. You always swim with a life jacket and your guide beside you.
What if we do not see any sharks?
They are wild animals and sightings cannot be guaranteed. The operator confirms the policy for that case when you book.
Can children join?
Yes, from the minimum age set by the operator and always with an adult.
Isla Mujeres catamaran
Do I need to know how to swim?
Not to enjoy the tour. Life jackets are used for snorkeling and the guide stays with the group.
Is hotel transport included?
It can be added from Cancún hotels. Ask for it in your WhatsApp message.
Are alcoholic drinks included?
Yes, open bar of domestic drinks for adults of legal age.
Tulum cenote route
Is the water cold?
It is cool, around 24–25 °C (75–77 °F) all year. It feels great in the heat.
Is it suitable for kids?
Yes. Kids wear life jackets and always stay with an adult.
Can I bring my camera?
Yes. A waterproof camera or phone pouch is the most practical option.
Chichén Itzá, cenote & Valladolid
How long is the drive?
From Cancún it is roughly 2.5 to 3 hours by road each way.
When is the best time to go?
All year round. November to March is cooler; in any season it pays to arrive early.
Is there a private version?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will quote a private tour for your group.
Tulum, Akumal turtles & cenote
Are turtles always seen?
Sightings in Akumal are very common, but they are wild animals and cannot be guaranteed.
Can you go down to Tulum beach?
It depends on the archaeological site rules in force that day.
Does it also leave from Playa del Carmen?
Yes, there is pickup in Cancún, Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen.
Cobá by bike & cenotes
Can you climb the pyramid?
It depends on the archaeological site rules at the time. We confirm it when you book.
Is it very tiring?
No. The paths are flat and shaded, and you ride at an easy pace.
What if I cannot ride a bike?
You can ride in a pedal taxi with a driver. Ask for it when booking.
ATV, zip line & cenote
Will we get muddy?
Probably, especially in the rainy season. It is part of the fun.
Can kids join?
Yes, from the operator's minimum age and as passengers with an adult.
Does it leave from Cancún?
Yes, with an extra transport fee. Ask for it in your message.
Cozumel snorkel & El Cielo
Can I join from Cancún?
Yes, with transport to Playa del Carmen. It is about an hour's drive.
Is there current on the reefs?
Sometimes. That is why the guide picks the spots based on that day's sea.
Are cruise ships in port that day?
Possibly. The guide adjusts timings to avoid the busiest hours.
Holbox island day trip
Is one day worth it?
Yes, if you want to see the island. If you want to rest, staying a night is better; we can help you plan it.
Can you swim with whale sharks from Holbox?
In season, yes, as a separate tour. Ask us on WhatsApp.
Are there ATMs on the island?
Very few, and they sometimes run out. Bring cash from Cancún.
Underwater museum dive
What if I am not certified?
You can snorkel the shallow sculptures or take a discover scuba session. Ask us.
How deep are the dives?
Roughly 8 to 12 meters (26–40 ft), depending on the site.
Can I rent a camera?
Subject to the operator's availability.
Puerto Morelos reef snorkel
Is it good for beginners?
Yes. The water is shallow and the guide teaches you how to use the gear.
Can it be combined with another tour?
Yes, ask us on WhatsApp and we will suggest a same-day combination.
Private yacht in Cancún
Is the price per person?
No. It is for the whole yacht for your group, up to 12 people.
Can the time be extended?
Yes, with extra hours. Ask in your message.
Can we bring a cake or decorations?
Yes. Tell us what you are celebrating and we will arrange it.
Private Tulum & cenotes tour
Can we change the cenotes?
Yes. Tell us what you want (open, cavern, kid-friendly) and the guide suggests the best ones.
Is the price per person?
No, it is for the whole group of up to 6 people.
Can we add Cobá or Akumal?
Yes, with an adjustment in time and price. Message us.
